In the next few days, you have a chance to make a big impact by asking your U.S. Representative to sign onto an important letter from the U.S. House of Representatives to the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Please note, however, that your Representative only has until Thursday, July 29 at 5pm ET to sign the letter. Please click on the buttons below to complete two important Action Alerts messages.

The new letter, authored by Representative Reichert (R-WA), asks that the NCI Director create a targeted research program for the deadliest cancers, like pancreatic. The letter is well-timed and could bring about exciting new changes and progress as a new NCI Director has recently been appointed: Dr. Harold Varmus took the helm on July 12.
